Excellent experience. Ricardo met us at the entrance and kindly explained all the options and took care of all the little things during the meal. Our cook, Chef Tsubasa made all our various cuts of meat perfect. We tried the chateaubriand as well as the fillet and basic red meat beef. All were cooked perfectly. Expensive experience but worth it in the end. We knew that we wanted to do a fancy line beef meal here at least once in Japan and figured we’d go for the best!
