A very calm and comforting experience, after ordering you have a chef come through to cook the cuts of beef for you, and the quality of the cuts (we got the sirloin and filet) were fantastic. Sirloin was a bit firmer with bolder flavor, whilst the filet was quite fatty, melting and pairing well with wasabi for a bit of sharpness. They also grill several vegetables on the side in the remaining fat which flavors them more. Overall a very satisfying experience.
