Me and my wife were going to have dinner but couldn't decide! Thats when we stumbled into this little restaurant on the 3rd floor. I did not know what I was expecting but I was blown away, from the atmosphere, to the customer service from Phoo, down to the food itself. The sirloin we got was cooked to perfection by Phoo. The flavor was amazing, I can not compare it to a meal I have had this far. If you havent tried kobe beef or in the mood for some amazing food then I highly recommend this place!
