From the moment I walked into this restaurant, I could tell it was going to be something special. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — the atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail, and of course, the unbelievable Kobe beef.
I was greeted right away with a warm smile and seated quickly. The staff was extremely attentive and professional, but also friendly and welcoming in a way that made me feel completely at ease. Our server, Sushila Mai, deserves special recognition — she was absolutely outstanding. She not only explained each cut of beef in detail, but also took the time to share the background of Kobe beef, what makes it so special, and the best way to enjoy each bite. You could really feel her passion for great food and hospitality.
What impressed me most was how organized and efficient the service was. Everything flowed seamlessly — from the moment we ordered to when the sizzling plates arrived. Sushila made excellent recommendations for both the cuts and the cooking style, and every single suggestion was spot on. The marbling on the beef was stunning — it literally melted in my mouth. Each bite was buttery, rich, and full of umami flavor. I’ve eaten at some of the best steakhouses around the world, but nothing compares to the quality and tenderness of the Kobe beef here.
I also appreciated how interactive the experience was. The staff made sure we understood what we were eating, how it was prepared, and even how to pair the sauces and salts properly to enhance the flavors. It wasn’t just a meal — it was an education in taste and quality.
Beyond the incredible food, what really set this experience apart was the genuine hospitality. Sushila and the team made me feel like a valued guest rather than just customers. They anticipated what we needed before we even asked — refilling drinks, checking on us at the perfect times, and making sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find service this polished and heartfelt at the same time.
By the end of the meal, I was completely blown away. Everything — from the presentation to the pacing — was perfectly executed. I walked out thinking, this is exactly how dining in Japan should feel: thoughtful, refined, and unforgettable.
