One of the most well-known Kobe beef chain restaurants, commonly found in tourist-heavy areas. We arrived around 11 AM and were the first customers there. The service from the waitress was excellent — attentive, efficient, and well-organized. They even offered to take our photo with props like a samurai costume and a fan. The beef was delicious — tender, juicy, and cooked to the perfect doneness. The accompanying sauces were also great, especially the brown sauce. Even with just salt, the meat already tasted amazing. However, the food is quite pricey, likely due to the restaurant’s locations in premium tourist areas. That said, Kobe beef is one of Japan’s signature delicacies, so the high price is somewhat understandable.
