Such a treat! We stopped in for lunch and it was unforgettable. I thought I’d had Wagyu beef before — but clearly, I hadn’t. The difference was unreal. It literally melted in my mouth. The service was exceptional too! Alvin was so helpful, patient, and made the whole experience even better. Japan, you’ve outdone yourself.
