Interesting that others find the restaurant so good, we found it very disappointing. The ambience is non-existent as you sit at very basic tables, next to the door open to the street, the decor is extremely basic. The prices are totally unrealistic, 88,000 yen for their best 10 oz steak, US$590 +10% tax!!! A fairly basic bottle of wine is $100+ The staff are generally inattentive and are more interested in having a chat amongst themselves. I witnessed the staff eating food that a customer had left on their plate, not even taking the plate away from the table to do it discretely. The only reason we didn't give it 1 star, was a lovely server called You, who was delightful. Everything else was, frankly, at a very poor standard.
