Staff (Ren) was immensely friendly and helpful. Took the time to fully explain their menu to us and the texture of each part of the meat and where they were from. I ordered the Premium meat (it was rare) and it was very soft, melted in my mouth like butter. The set that I ordered along with it provided a good variety of flavor as well. Also big bonus; Ren was good enough to converse with my friend and I exclusively in English! If you’re hesitant to drop too much money, definitely give the Steak Sushi a try as a opener, it’s soooo good.
