Found this Halal Kobe beef restaurant right by Asakusa Station. They were extremely friendly, service was great and they communicated in English very well. They explained the menu and options. We went for a set as well as a rice box option. Both great choices, came with beef broth and sides. One was cooked medium rare and the other medium, albeit my son thought it was slightly still on the rare side for him . I would highly recommend this place.
