Wow is all I can say, I’ve never had Kobe beef before. This was a real treat! I ended up getting the 3 pc set of tough, tender and premium. The tough was as described “tough” and very chewy. The tender was a huge step up as I would compare that to a premium ribeye or steak. The premium piece was out of this world, it simply melted on the tongue, the flavor was also better than the other 2. Overall and experience I highly recommend!
