Josh was our waiter, excellent English, very friendly, explaining all dishes well and clear. I chose a combo of tender and tough Kobe sushi , snow crab and salad. Everything was fresh and delicious but the highlight was the snow crab, so nicely spiced making it very tasty . I leave a picture of it here. Thumbs up!
