Amazing experience eating Kobe beef on a rainy day in Tokyo. I was fortunate and happened to literally be the only customer in the entire restaurant. I had the Kobe sirloin steak in 110g and this was a well balanced, tanatalizing meal that hits on all bases. The service by chef Yusei was incredible. It wasn't just a meal. It was an experience. And a very memorable one at that. Highly recommend trying Kobe beef at least once while in Japan.
