Food was absolutely delicious but I had one problem - our "chef" who looks no older than a day over 18 years old cooked with such a lack of confidence and this is not what you expect when you order over $800 worth of Kobe steaks and are paying for a premium experience. It was actually very cringe at certain times to see her struggle to load our plate in an uncoordinated manner. Please train newer chefs not in front of customers as it makes the customer feel that we are getting an inferior experience. When these young girls are more confident in the way they handle their cooking utensils, then perhaps it will be fine at that point to have them cook in front of customers.
