Once you walk in you are kindly greated and brought to an open seat. From there, you are given plenty of time to decide as the chefs show you the marbling for each of the cuts. They first, cook in front of you and give you some veggies to enjoy. After the veggies, they put the beef on and ask what rarity you want. They were very understanding of English and very friendly! Prices were a bit high but its a nice place to go on a date or for a special occasion. Beef was really good. We would definitely come back if we ever come back to Japan!
