We visited the restaurant to enjoy Kobe beef, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The steak was extremely tough and difficult to eat. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told that nothing could be done. Despite the issue, we paid for the meal and left feeling very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the level of service. Please be cautious. The meat served here does not appear to be authentic Kobe beef, and the place feels like a tourist trap. Unfortunately, it also caused us stomach issues. Overall, a disappointing experience and not recommended.
