They lure people in with a fake listing of a “sukiyaki set” for 2,000–3,000 yen, but the moment you walk upstairs and then you realize there is no such thing exists on the menu. The cheapest set option suddenly jumps to around 17,000 yen, with prices going all the way up to a ridiculous 88,000 yen. That is blatant bait and switch behavior. When questioned, they lazily say the sukiyaki course is “sold out,” which is clearly just an excuse to upsell overpriced, overrated beef. The steak itself is nothing special mediocre at best and absolutely not worth even half the price. You can get better quality beef at countless other places for far less money. To make things worse, the chef smelled awful, like basic personal hygiene is optional here. If you can’t even bother to keep yourself clean, why should anyone trust you to prepare food? This place survives on deception, inflated prices, and hype, not quality. Avoid it unless you enjoy being ripped off.
