The process of making the steak was an entire experience- thanks to the professional mastery of Mizuki, who grilled the steak to perfection while explaining the qualities of Kobe beef. This is a whole experience that is well worth having. Thank you Mizuki for the dinner preparation and making it a ritual of an experience.
