Had been intrigued a while by Kobe beef's reputation for its tenderness and flavour. I found this place by chance whilst exploring Asakusa and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed - it really does melt in your mouth and has a rich taste, enhanced even further by the type of salt provided. My chef Sawa kindly explained what goes with which accompaniments, ensuring I experienced this the way it was intended. Gochisousamadeshita!
