Stand by the fact that this was so delicious, melt in your mouth beef- Wasabi was so fresh. Sensei to gakusei wa yasashi desu !! Domo arigato! Tourist trap beware for price. Ordered 1 sirloin & 1 of the lesser premium steaks. Came out to $358USD- was our first stop so we were hyped at the quality but hadn't adjusted to the conversion rates and paid without noticing, which is on us- I've worked at restaurants in NYC that serve wagyu so despite that, this was still a huge sticker shock. Have since done a rare Omakase and had wagyu elsewhere that didn't come even close to 1/4th the cost of this, so it felt a bit predatory in hindsight. I am at least glad I got this on day 1 to keep costs of everything else in context. Again, insanely delicious, but just double check the costs to ensure it's within budget before you start going crazy trying to taste it all!
