Ordered this A5 Kobe sirloin on 12 Oct. This beef was really succulent and tender. Chewing it was real smooth and unlike wagyu, it isn’t fatty nor oily. Really never ate a texture like this before and will come back again! Bonus: Was served by a handsome chef :3
