Had an amazing experience at Daia in Asakusa, where the Kobe beef was absolutely unforgettable. My chef, Sachi, was incredibly skilled and made the whole experience feel special and interactive. The beef was perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth tender, and easily the best Kobe beef I’ve ever had.
