Well, during our trip in Japan and after trying Hida beef, we agreed that the Kobe one, even being both wonderfull meats, are even much better. This special place with a wonderfull service, conducted in this occasion by Josh, IS deql with the full experience, helping us to decide about the mwta to test. Thanks also to the full staff for preparation and support. Of course, we will come back... :)
