We tried the premium beef and still it melts on our mouth. We also ordered the beef sashimi. At first, I was hesitant to order the sashimi since I am not used to eating raw food but ordering it was worth it. Chef Pedro who assisted us was very kind and accommodating. It's good that there's someone who can speak/communicate in english since we do not speak japanese.
