stubbled upon this gem when doing our shopping in Asakusa. we are so used to the teppanyaki in the states to be rushed and lower quality in taste but we wanted to experience a traditional teppanyaki in Japan and it did not disappoint! our chef was Thuta and he was amazing explaining the menu to us and the cut of kobe beef. we had ordered the premium beef set and it was delicious. it included the beef, a small taste of kobe beef broth, miso soup, garlic fried rice (we upgraded for 500 yen), salad and 2 pieces of wagyu sushi. Thuta took his time with the cooking of the beef and showed us the marbling when cutting into it. very knowledgeable chef and definitely will be back when we visit Japan again!
