We had an excellent tasting experience comparing A5 Kobe beef and A5 Wagyu, enjoying premium and sirloin cuts of each. The meal was paired beautifully with a nice bottle of 2019 Château Linot Saint-Estèphe. Everything was expertly prepared right in front of us on the teppanyaki grill by Natsumi-san.
