We had kind servers who were able to assist us in English. The meat was tasty and there is definitely a difference between the tough and the premium. The premium is well worth the extra cost. I got the sashimi to try all 3 (tough, tender, and premium) and I got a tender box. Mei, remi, and chihiro all helped us with our selections. Great staff!!
