This was our last meal before flying out of Japan, and I have to say it was my favorite meal in Tokyo by far. It was truly an amazing experience to end off the trip. Their Kobe beef advertisement caught our eye while looking for lunch near Nakimise-dori street in Asakusa. Both my sibling and I never tried Kobe beef before. Since it was our final day here, we thought why not try it out? What also finalized our decision was the affordable pricing, which is usually unheard of for Kobe beef. We both ordered a bento lunch set for only ¥5500! It came with fresh salad, two pieces of Kobe beef sashimi, two piece of Kobe beef sushi (tender & tough), miso soup, and a bento box with four slices of Kobe beef, scrambled eggs, assorted vegetables, and a side of wasabi on top a bed of warm rice. Words can't explain how delicious the whole meal was. Compliments to the chef! Not only was the food amazing, but the staff were superb as well! I want to highlight how kind and inviting they were to have us dine in. The friendly service made us feel so welcome. They even encouraged us to take photos of the food and their Kobe beef plaque. I highly recommend you checking Kobe Beef Daia out if you're in Asakusa! The next trip to Japan will definitely have them on the itinerary. Thank you kindly for the pleasant experience!
