シックな店内。日本らしいオブジェもいろいろあり、インバウンドのお客様にもよろこばれそうな雰囲気です。 お店を入ってすぐの所には、おいしそうなお肉がズラーッと並んでいました。 いただいたのは神戸牛すき焼き定食。すき焼きにごはん、小鉢、スープがついて1800円!!神戸牛なのに、日本橋なのに…コスパ良すぎませんか!? グツグツと音をたてて、熱々の状態で提供されます。お肉もたっぷりですが、お野菜もいろいろ入っていますね。白菜、ねぎ、えのき、水菜、にんじんなどの他、ちょっと珍しいのはお麩もありました。 お肉は食べやすいサイズ。大きいお肉は見映えはいいけど、食べるのはちょっと大変なので…このサイズはありがたい。卵を絡めてパクッ。割下の甘さもありますが、お肉の脂の甘みがすごい!!さすが神戸牛。 お野菜もたくさん食べられるので、ヘルシーです。すき焼きにお麩は初めてでしたが、味が染みるのでおいしいですね。 小鉢は切り干し大根、小松菜としめじのおひたしの2種類。こちらはかなりあっさりしているので、割下の甘さとのバランスが良かったです。 スープもホッとするお味。柚子も香り、癒されます。 お昼から贅沢なすき焼きを楽しめて、大満足のランチでした。 (Translated by Google) The interior is chic, with a variety of Japanese-style ornaments, creating an atmosphere sure to please foreign tourists.
