This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The Kobe beef and overall experience were outstanding. We stumbled upon it while walking near our hotel, and I was able to make a reservation for 8 p.m. on the spot. Both the chef and our server made the evening memorable with their thoughtful guidance. Our server, Kieko, did an excellent job explaining the menu and the different cuts of beef, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
