I chose to dine here because of the extremely high ratings and the large number of positive reviews. To be honest, I feel completely misled. The beef quality was shockingly poor. It is very hard to believe that this was genuine Kobe beef as claimed. I have had Kobe beef many times before, so I know exactly what to expect and this was nowhere close. In fact, it was much worse in both texture and flavor. Given the very high price, this experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. I genuinely do not understand how this place has received so many positive reviews, as my experience was the exact opposite. I paid around 70,000 yen+ I strongly feel that the quality does not match what is being advertised, and future customers should be cautious.
