お客さんと日本橋で土日に予約なしでランチをと探し入店。
神戸牛にこだわりを感じるインテリアだったが入ってすぐグリストラップの臭いが鼻をつく。
土日のせいか入口でも誰とも目が合わず、活気なし。海外の男性の方が1名でホール担当。嫌な予感。接待なので失敗はできない。出ようか迷う。ただ、Googleの口コミは良いので入店。
メニューをみると口コミの写真にあるステーキ重は事前予約が必要とのこと。すぐ頼めるのは100g8000円から80000円までの神戸牛ステーキのみ。
このお店の近くにあるステーキの名店ウェスタを彷彿とさせる様な強気の設定。
ただ、この雰囲気で数万のステーキを頼む勇気もなく100g8000円のセットをオーダー。
店内3組ほどだったが、全員の料理提供まで50分。
待ってる間に皆の顔も曇っていく。お肉は美味しかったが、遅いのと臭いで残念。
酒も一杯も頼まずに単価1万超え。
周りのお客さんは海外の方ばかり。
