This was me and my girlfriend’s first time trying Kobe beef and it was delicious — has a hint of sweetness and just melts in your mouth. I can’t recommend Kobe Beef Daia enough — the dining experience was one of the best I’ve had. After our meal, the Chef came out and engaged with us personally. He was interested in our thoughts on the meal and really made an effort to have a conversation with us despite the language barrier. I’ll definitely be coming back here the next time I’m in Tokyo!
